Can I bring my pets?
Absolutely! We know furry friends are part of the family, and we love welcoming them into the community. If you have specific questions about our pet policy, we’re happy to answer them.
Are there entrance fees?
You may have seen that some senior living communities charge large entrance fees up front. We want to keep things as simple, straightforward, and affordable as possible for you, so we never require entrance fees.
Do I have to be Mason-affiliated?
No, our assisted living community is open to the public regardless of being Masonic or not. During the application process we’ll ask about any Masonic affiliations, but we don’t use that information to decide if you’re eligible to live here.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease or contract?
We know you’ll love living here, but we understand life happens and sometimes things change. We want you to have the freedom and flexibility to do what’s best for you and your family, so we just require 30-day notice if you need to move.
What if I move into independent living now and need more help later?
We want to be there for you as your needs change so you can keep living your best life. Our independent living residents get priority access to our assisted living and memory support neighborhoods. If your needs ever changed and you needed short-term rehab or skilled nursing care, we could connect you with another campus of The Ohio Masonic Communities or a local organization that can provide the care you need with the quality you’ve come to expect.
